Cozy Cottage 1 block from Lake
Cozy vintage cottage near one of Lake Winnipegs famous piers. Our cottage is looking for families who want to make summer memories. Whether reading books in the sunroom or doing puzzles and playing games on a rainy day. Roasting marshmallows over the fire pit or view meteor showers from the pier. There is simply too many things to do to list them all. South facing deck on front of cottage where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Back deck has propane bbq. Steps leading down to fire pit . Bunkie with double bed in backyard. Room for 2 cars to park on gravel drive as well as on street parking.

Born in Winnipeg and having spent many happy summers on the beaches of Lake Winnipeg and surrounding area, I returned and purchased this cottage where my family has had many happy memories.
Why they chose this property
The proximity to the lake and the swimming pier is a big plus. The community is made for cycling and walking. Venture onto the short historic hiking trail to see many historic cottages and other features.
