I can promise you that in the circumstance that you are unable to travel due to petrol shortages or Airport closures, I will override any cancellation policy and will organise a refund for you.
There would be only two considerations for you:
1) When a guest is entitled to a refund, we reserve the right to pass on any credit card transaction fees to the primary booking guest, relating to their reservation.
2) We would just require any kind of documentation of proof, to confirm your cancellation request falls within the `Extenuating Circumstances`.
Luxuriously appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, air-conditioned level 15 apartment with amazing spectacular CBD and water views from every room and the private balcony. An open plan lounge and dining room with a fully equipped self-contained kitchen. Centrally located between Victoria Harbour and the Yarra River with free trams stopping directly out the front of the building, providing easy access to Southern Cross Station and Melbourne CBD. It is best suited to 4 guests but can sleep up to 6.
