With a Town Center view and beach access just 1,000 to 1,500 feet away, this 1,191-square-foot retreat is an ideal fit for small families or groups of friends.

AMENITIES: Cinnamon Shore North puts resort-style living right outside your door, with three pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, community fire pits, a fitness center, and private dune crossovers. Little ones will love the pirate ship playground and other playgrounds around the property. When it's time to eat, the Town Center offers a casual seaside bistro, an all-day cafe, and a pizzeria, along with seasonal live music and events on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: The first-floor living area flows easily between the living room, dining area, and full kitchen, making it simple to cook, gather, and relax together. Reviewer Comments: Great resort - get layout - well maintained properties and landscape facilities - safe, convenient and clean - super restaurant venues - great recreation facilities for both adults and families - only drawback was the beach/coast area as it was entrenched with sea weed and debris (which we understand is maintained by the City of Port Aransas). Suggest Cinnamon Shore Rentals, LLC coordinate or agreement a program to improve the situation with the beach area so as to attract those going to resorts in the FL Panhandle for pristine beaches.

Great condo. Parking was plentiful, kitchen was equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The only issue was using the washer/dryer. The breaker would trip every time we were trying to use. We notified maintenance, and they were very quick to respond.

Reviewer Comments: The only problems we had was the primary bedroom has windows without coverings up high and the sun and street lights come in and it’s hard to sleep. I didn’t like how you had to go to the rental office to get a real key. Never had to do that at a rental. Kind of a waste of time!!
