Quiet and comfortable

Lovely hostBed is super comfortableArea is readily accessible Need to add to your post that you have a mini fridge, toaster oven and kettle in room. I was pleasantly surprised as it was not listed.

I stayed at this property (a ground floor room) for two nights in July 2026. The first night was fine. On the second night, the host returned back to the house at 2.30am and shortly afterwards the front doorbell rang and she let someone else in. From then until 5.30am, the talking and loud noises coming from directly above my room kept me awake for the rest of the night, despite at one stage asking the host politely to keep the noise down. This was very inconsiderate as she knew she had a paying guest below who simply wanted a quiet night. I had to leave early that morning so having had no sleep for those three hours left me exhausted. If you want a peaceful, quiet night, don't take the risk. Stay in one of the nearby hotels instead.

I stayed here to run a race nearby and the property had everything I needed, outfitted similar to a hotel room, but with a few extras you dont always get in a hotel. Clean and quiet which was good as I needed to get up very early for my race. The hosts were communitive and helpful. Also close enough to shopping and retaurants for convenience. I will definitely stay here again if I have another event in the area.
