Mallard Lakes is packed with amenities the whole family will love—from fishing in saltwater and freshwater lakes to splashing around in the community pools. The on-site playground provides a safe and fun space for kids to play and create lasting vacation memories.
A Community Recreation Fee of $125 plus a $25 refundable FOB deposit per week is payable to the Mallard Lakes office upon arrival.
