It was a bit difficult accessing the property. The temps were high so I would recommend more fans.

Sherry, sorry about the confusion with the property access code. We had just implemented a new system. It is now corrected for future guests. Regarding the heat, Colorado is in a state of drought and it has been abnormally hot this year with temps running as much as 15 degrees above normal. We will add a few more fans for future guests.

The property was decorated very tastefully and was very functional. One of my main concerns was we did not have the correct check in code for the door entrance. VRBO did NOT give me the right code. I had to call the property managers to get the code. This was upsetting after a long day of travel. The managers worked with us and gave us a new code. We gained entry.The property has a wonderful view of the mountains. We enjoyed this.We stayed in August and the property has no air conditioning, so it was comfortable at night with the windows open, but too warm for me in the afternoon. It would best be rented in cooler months.

Jane, we are sorry you had trouble getting into the unit. The access codes are programmed to update at 4:00 every day for check in. You arrived early and the codes had not yet changed over, so you were locked out. I am glad our property manager was able to help you get in. My apologies for your inconvenience. Regarding the heat and lack of A/C, this has been an exceptionally hot summer so the unit was hotter than usual during the day. The owner has installed ceiling fans to help with this issue going forward. We also have other fans in the unit. I am glad, however, that sleeping was not a problem at night. We are so glad you enjoyed the unit overall!

We stayed in this apartment for seven nights, and it was exactly as depicted in the pictures. Everything matched the listing perfectly. The appliances were all brand new, and the apartment was very spacious. There were two bedrooms with king beds and a third bedroom with bunk beds, which was great for kids. The bedding was very comfortable, and the bathrooms were also spacious.The kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our stay. There is a small balcony as shown in the listing, although we didn’t use it because it was extremely cold outside. One major plus was the covered parking space located very close to the unit, which was especially important and convenient while it was snowing.There is a bus stop directly in front of the unit that goes to Snowmass Village, making transportation very easy. The supermarket is also just a two-minute drive away. We weren’t able to use the nearby lift because it was closed due to a lack of snow, but that was unrelated to the unit itself.I also used the gym, which is in a nearby building and only a short walk away. It was a bit hard to find at first, and you need to make sure you have both the pool key and the entry code to access the building. Once inside, the gym was spacious, quiet, and had everything I needed.Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this apartment.
