Hi Kimberley sorry to see your review of only 2 stars. We noted an issue with the pool which we resolved for you as quick as we could we are sorry this was not good enough for you. We noted there was no other issues with the house, so we are unsure as to why the review so low. Please note next time you stay in a house please ensure you dont exceed the amount of tenants we counted 15 people staying.
