About this property

Koa Flora Cottage

The chalet is very spacious and bright, with lots of charm and sophistication, all windows and doors are glass, surrounded by the tropical greenery of the garden. The queen-size bed has 400-thread-count 100% cotton linens, and the towels are of the same quality. We can provide an extra single mattress for a third guest (additional fee). The bathroom and closet are very generous, with a large worktop and shower stall with hot water. The suite has a generous worktop with a sink and water filter and is equipped with a mini-fridge, single-burner cooktop, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, and capsule coffee maker. The spacious and charming veranda has a dining table, hammock, and chairs, integrated with the suite and facing the lawn. We have a lovely lawned garden with an outdoor shower and a small pool, perfect for enjoying relaxing days and nights. Close to the beach, it's an ideal space for a couple (with the possibility of an extra mattress). It's next to Casa Koa and can be rented together if you need to accommodate more people. We provide some complimentary supplies/food items such as coffee, milk, bread, eggs, cheese, ham, and seasonal fruits so you can enjoy a nice breakfast in the chalet. However, we do not provide breakfast service – food preparation is done by the guests. Perfect for enjoying the peace and quiet of Moitas in the tranquility of Chalé KOA Flora!

My husband and I stayed at Koa Flora and it was absolutely marvelous. We both wanted to stay for much longer, the days flew un accordingly to how it felt the time passed by: slowly, breezy. The space was generous and cozy; big bed, lounging area just outside and a “kitchen” that was just the right size for what we needed. The bathroom can only be described as a tropical garden! My showers were an anticipated event! The property has other cottages for guests and we knew there were people around, but never felt a lack of privacy. We parked our car just outside the fence and had no problem whatsoever. It is a walking distance to a beautiful beach, and if you walk up the hill just in front at sunset, you will be gifted fabulous views. There are restaurants around but not walking distance. We are very happy with our days spent here and counting the days to come back!!
