Enjoy this large beautiful home in Evans, Georgia located just 13.4 miles from the Augusta National. The home has a large kitchen that is equipped with stainless appliances including a French door refrigerator. Seating for 6 is available at the table plus an extra four at the island. The fenced in backyard includes a patio with Recteq Pellet Grill and Blackstone griddle. The flat screen TV in the family room will provide viewing of the days golf. There is a half bath downstairs. The 2nd floor has a spacious master suite with a large garden tub and a tiled shower with a large flat screen Smart TV. There are 3 additional bedrooms that all have queen beds, and smart tvs. There is another full bath upstairs. 2.5 miles from Bartram trail golf club. 11 miles from Champions Retreat.

Great host

Owner agreed to rent to us despite house not having power due to hurricane. We were a group of subcontractors for GA power and it was very difficult to find lodging at that time. Communication was very quick and easy. Great people to interact with. Home was very neat and clean.
