Property itself was awesome. Our room was disappointing our air conditioner didn't work. Couldn’t use the dishwasher cause it never washed the dishes. Couldn't use the TV in second room cause the remote didn't work. You are quick to put restrictions on customers but you don't make sure all things work. So disappointing

Hi Sarina, We’re genuinely surprised and disappointed by this review, given how quickly and thoroughly we responded to every concern you raised — and especially considering you personally told us during your stay that we were all “lovely.” The air conditioning issue was reported and dealt with immediately. A qualified technician assessed the unit and confirmed it needed a full replacement — something that couldn’t be done during your short stay. To ensure your comfort, we purchased and delivered portable air conditioning units at our own expense. You also reported an issue with the dishwasher, but later confirmed it was working fine. Regarding the TV remote, you mentioned it to us, and we personally came out to the property to check. It was working perfectly. We genuinely care about our guests and did everything within our power to respond promptly and professionally. While we regret that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, we stand by the efforts made during your stay and hope future travels bring you a more satisfying experience. - Belle Escapes Glenelg
