You have complete access to the entire apartment .

Lovely small apartment ideal for two people , but can sleep a third in the living room on the sofa bed .
You walk through the private front courtyard into an apartment that has a bathroom with stand in shower, washing machine and dryer and toilet. Walk down the hallway to the kitchen area with a small dining table, fridge, microwave , stove and oven. Fully equipped for cooking if required. The living room has a smart TV wall mounted, free wifi and a sofa that can convert to a sofa bed upon request.
The bedroom is at the back of the apartment. Queen bed , wardrobe .
5 minute walk to South Beach.

SOFA BED CHARGES apply if sofa bed is requested and only TWO people booked COST :$45 for additional linen required.
SOFA BED will be made up on arrival .

AIr conditioning is in the living area. Portable fan/heater is in the bedroom
PARKING: no designate spot . Availability on front verge or street.
