The actual apartment was very clean and nice. The building has a more dated feel and the hallway carpets had an odor. There was construction in a unit above us three of the days and construction next door every day except Sunday. It started around 7am. While I know outside construction is not in their full control, the price for the unit should reflect that. I definitely do not believe the price matches the experience. The listing person did not seem to really care. However, the on site person they had let us into the unit was very apologetic and offered a free experience but we already had our days/tours booked.
