I can promise you that in the circumstance that you are unable to travel due to petrol shortages or Airport closures, I will override any cancellation policy and will organise a refund for you.

2) We would just require any kind of documentation of proof, to confirm your cancellation request falls within the `Extenuating Circumstances`.
Luxuriously appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, air-conditioned level 9 apartment with amazing spectacular Victoria Harbour water views and a private balcony. An open plan lounge and dining room with a fully equipped self-contained kitchen. Located in the free trams zone, stopping directly out the front of the building, providing easy access to Southern Cross Station and Melbourne CBD. It is best suited to 4 guests but can sleep up to 6.
*Please be aware that Requests for Additional Services will come with Additional Fees *All bookings are *NOT* confirmed until the Hosts IDV Form process has been completed by the Primary booking guest. THIS IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL BOOKINGS. *We don`t accept groups of guests under the age of 25 without 5 good reviews *Quiet hours between 10pm & 7am. *Please remove footwear when entering the bedrooms due to the white carpet. *Cleaning fee is for a basic turnover. If the cleaners are forced to stay longer due to guests lack of care, we reserve the right to forward on extra costs.
