The property itself was great, we loved the tent and the chairs, and the ability to relax, the private bathroom was amazing, the only challenge was when we showed up there was a sprinkler, running right in front of our tent and it took about 30 minutes for somebody to show up only to ask us why we were there and if we were lost lol. After they got the sprinkler out of the way everything else was perfect.

We stayed in the Poppy Hobo tent, with a dedicated bathhouse with lock and key within 20 feet from our tent, which looked like a mini Yurt, which was very clean and accommodating, very well decorated with mini table two wicker padded chairs, a large round bed very very comfortable, we slept very well in it. The whole experience was an amazing experience !

Would definitely stay again. Minor hiccup with check-in, which was quickly resolved with a phone call. Listing says A/C- I don't think so. Wasn't a problem during our stay (it was pleasantly cool), but if it had been blazing hot, this could have been an issue. Bathroom was a pleasant surprise, nicely setup and stocked. If I was staying again, I'd probably opt for a unit with an attached bathroom though. Road noise was not an issue for us- it died down a lot at night. It wasn't the road that woke me up in the morning, it was the moo'ing cows LOL. Excellent value for the money in this area.
