The unit was clean, quiet and well appointed and located in a quiet neighbourhood. The bed was comfortable. Overall it was quite nice. Communication with the host was excellent.The one aspect of the listing that I found innaccurate was describing the living space as bright. The unit is below grade and there are no windows in the living area. There are only two shallow windows in the entire unit, one in each bedroom. The only thing that make the living space bright is artificial lighting. The entrance way seems to share access with another unit, so anyone with access to that other unit, would seem to have access to the rental unit.The exterior picture on the listing shows a front view of the building with a driveway and a front entrance. I found this misleading because access to the rental unit is by a door on the side that accessed from a side street. The rental unit seems to be one of three units in the one-half of the duplex, which I didn't see described in the listing.

Very clean and in a nice area. Had all what we needed for cooking. Son and I stayed for 3 days. If my wife was with us it would have been wife approved 😁
