Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please set Nest thermostat to 70 degrees
Please lock back door and glass door leading to outside and return all remotes to appropriate places
Please make sure the propane tank is turned off and clean the grill racks with the brush provided if you used them. Please check for any left behind items
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No mail, FedEX, UPS to be delivered to this address, postmaster has been notified all mail is automatically returned to sender.
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. A $250 fee will be charged for any evidence of indoor smoking. Please use ashtrays provided outdoors.
Events or parties must be approved by the host in advance. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate eviction without refund.
