Royan, Belle Longère 5 Chambres/jardin

We will be happy to welcome you to our typical Charente farmhouse, in a quiet area of Royan: the countryside by the sea!
Beaches 10 minutes away by bike.

Outside, parking is easy on the street where a large car park is 100m from the house.
You will enter through a gate overlooking the fully enclosed garden. Inside, the thick walls keep the cool!
The 175m2 house is composed of two communicating parts. You will find in the main house a living room of 50m2 with TV, sofas, armchairs, dining table and chairs that can accommodate 10 people.
Also on the ground floor, a dressing room and toilet, a large fully equipped kitchen of 18m2 (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, American fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine...) and a scullery with washing machine and dryer of large capacity. The kitchen opens onto a terrace out of sight, with a lounge area and a dining area. A brazier and a barbecue are at your disposal, as well as relax armchairs and sunbeds, parasols, games etc.
Upstairs, with sloping ceilings, you will find a second toilet, a bathroom with bathtub, a large double bedroom (18m2, 140 cm bed), as well as two other bedrooms with velux windows (10m2, 140 cm bed; 8 m2, 2 80 cm beds that can be pushed together).
In the other part of the house, a second living room with sofa bed, small equipped kitchen (washing machine, stove, fridge), and upstairs two small bedrooms with velux windows (8m2 each, one with a 140 cm bed, the other with 2 80 cm beds), an office space on the mezzanine, and a shower room with WC.

Be careful: the architecture is typical of Charente farmhouses, so the ground floor is attic and low ceilinged in places!

The beaches are only 10 minutes away by bike, the central market of Royan 2 km, the zoo of La Palmyre 15 minutes by car. Quick access to the ring road. Nearby are supermarkets (+ drive), a shopping centre, local shops (bakery, fishmonger, greengrocer...).
