emma was extremely communicative to host us. everything was clean and smooth to check in and out. the 3rd bedroom is a bit tight and stuffy, but still a good price for host a lot of people in a nice area. pool hot tub and sauna was a nice touch! would stay again.

Excellent location but noisy. It's in a busy location but close to so many ammenities. The only thing I recommend is that the host replace pillows that are too thin. I slept in the main bedroom. Although there were 4 pillows on a queen size bed, the pillows are very thing and made of foam. I had rough nights sleep due to. noise and pillows that desperately need replacing.

Fantastic location, close to everything. Loved the hot tub and pool. Suite was very clean. Owner was quick to respond and provided detailed instructions on how to use everything which was super appreciated. This place was only the 3 bedroom we could find in this price range.

Very nice place. We enjoyed our stay. We know there was discussion in one of the reviews about noise coming from the nearby subway, but to us it was very unnoticeable (my wife is a very light sleeper and she had no trouble sleeping). The place had everything you needed. The owner of the place was very prompt on responding and answering any questions we had. Overall an enjoyable stay and we would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place.

We loved staying here and will definitely be back again. The property was clean. The host was very responsive. We loved the amenities. Everyday we worked out in the exercise room, swam in the pool, and used the hot tub and sauna. The location was great. Walking distance to great restaurants and grocery/coffee shops right across the street. You do have to be careful where you walk but we felt safe walking in groups.

It's located next to Costco and T&T, and within walking distance of the best burgers in Gastown. It includes a huge private parking spot. The property is warm, quiet, and dark sas it has sun blocked curtains. My family had a great rest during our stay. Thanks

Property was clean and secure. Plenty of room with a kitchen and laundry. We took advantage of the building's gym as well. Located in the heart of Vancouver with all areas within a walkable distance. Great communication with the owner. Highly recommend.

We felt lucky to find this gem of an apartment right in downtown Vancouver. With three bedrooms and a pullout sofa bed, it met our needs for six people traveling together for an Alaska cruise. The apartment is well appropriated with dishes, appliances, washer, and dryer, and AC units if needed. A nice deck to let in the outdoor breeze. It was a very easy walk to Gastown and Chinatown. also close by to supermarket, pharmacy, and coffee/tea shops. Communication with Emma was good. Check-in was easy. Security on the building is good. And on a sidenote, make sure you do the elite walking food tour of Gastown with Myra through Viator. It was the highlight of our short time in Vancouver along with a fun evening at Arcana restaurant/bar.

This was a great stay for us. It was convenient to many places and easy to get in and out. The included parking spot was a huge benefit. We would certainly stay here again. Of note, the playground that is mentioned in the listing is used by an elementary school, so it was not always open to the public. It was also very hot in the unit, even in April, so be sure to use all the provided fans and A/C units.

Die Gastgeberin Emma war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fragen beantwortete sie umgehend und warmherzig. Ich hatte mit meinen beiden Töchtern einen 14-tägigen Familienurlaub gebucht.Das Apartment war großzügig geschnitten, der der Blick aus dem 7. Stock zur beleuchteten "Science World"- Kugel war toll.Das Apartment war sehr großzügig geschnitten, besonders der Wohn-/Ess-und Küchenbereich.Es gab 3 Schlafzimmer, wobei eines etwas klein und ohne Fenster war, aber es gab auch eine Schlafcoach im Wohnzimmer. 2 Bäder. Die Wohnung war mit allen nowendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Meine Töchtern waren begeistert von Schwimmbad, Sauna und Gym und haben diese Einrichtungen auch oft genutzt.Hervorzuheben ist auch, dass die strikte Mülltrennung eingehalten wird.Wir hatten uns im Gebäude sehr sicher und nach ein paar Tagen bereits wie zuhause gefühlt.Rund ums Haus gibt es gut sortierte Supermärkte, kleine Cafés, Restaurants, Bushaltestellen. Gastown und Canada Place sind fussläufig erreichbar. Man sollte nicht unbedingt ins benachbarte Chinatown. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. und warmherzigvhilfsbereit jederzeithilfsbereit.
