Ocean At Seaford—Panoramic Beachfront + Backyard
Watch the ocean shift from deep blue to gold from the balcony, with uninterrupted views of the coastline. The open-plan living is oriented to the sea, with large glass doors drawing in the scenic outlook. Spacious interiors, multiple living areas and a private backyard create space for families to spread out or come together with ease. Cross the road to reach the sand and coastal path, perfect for morning walks, surf sessions or following the shoreline to nearby seaside villages.
Positioned directly opposite the coastline, this two-storey home is designed to make the most of its oceanfront setting, with elevated views and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Upstairs forms the heart of the home, where the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is filled with natural light and framed by expansive ocean views. Large glass doors open onto the balcony, creating a seamless connection between inside and out. Start your day with coffee overlooking the water or unwind in the evening with a drink as the sun sets across the horizon.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an Aldi coffee pod machine (pods available at Aldi), making it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to relaxed dinners at home. Step outside to the private backyard, where a BBQ and open lawn create an easy space for relaxed afternoons and casual outdoor meals after a day at the beach. Also on this level, a convenient powder room adds ease for guests.
Downstairs, three queen bedrooms and a twin bedroom provide flexible accommodation for families and groups. The primary bedroom includes a private ensuite, while the remaining bedrooms are serviced by a central bathroom with both a bathtub and shower.
A separate laundry with a washer and drying racks adds practicality for longer stays, while the double garage provides secure parking and space for your beach gear, boards or bikes.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
