Very clean, great location, central to everything. Very clear instructions and simple process re check in and prompt response to all queries/correspondence. Highly recommended.

Fabulous find in the heart of the CBD. We stayed for two nights, and this was exactly what we wanted. Much more space than a hotel room so our adult children were able to visit and sit comfortably in the space for an evening meal. Bed super comfy, had everything we needed in the kitchen, and everything clean and tidy. Great location - we went to see a show at Comedy Republic which was only a short walk. Surprisingly quiet given the location - a slight noise of trams which was actually quite lovely. Would definitely recommend for a short Melbourne stay.
