Guest Access:

- The apartment includes access to the Cairns One Facilities, such as 9 pools, a tennis court, and a gym.

- It comes with an allocated parking bay in the underground carpark. Please note that the maximum height allowed in the carpark is 1.95 meters.

- The apartment is located on the ground floor and does not have a lift.

- Check-in is possible anytime after 3 pm.

Westcourt is a suburb of Cairns, located 5 minutes from the CBD.

Ride share, and public transport is avalible



Getting Around:

A car is the best way to make the most of your stay in Cairns. This way, you can drive to so many top locations.

* 🚭 No smoking is permitted inside the apartment or on the balcony.

* 🎶 Please keep noise to a respectful level, avoid loud music, and do not host parties. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM.

* 👶 A travel cot and highchair are available free of charge. Please let us know in advance so we can have them ready for your arrival.

* 🧳 Luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out. We recommend planning accordingly or using local luggage storage services if needed.



🧼 Housekeeping & Mid-Stay Cleans



Daily cleaning is not included, allowing you to enjoy full privacy during your stay.



Mid-stay cleans are available on request for an additional fee and are ideal for longer stays.



For stays of more than 14 nights, a mid-stay clean and linen change are mandatory to help maintain the property. An additional fee of $159 per service applies.



Extra towels can also be arranged on request for an additional fee.
