Enjoy the exclusive private sand patio for grilling, picnics and play, free WiFi. Our condos are stocked and ready for you with towels, linens, cookware and utensils. Property rents any 3 nights all season. This unit permits up to two dogs, 50 lb limit for one pet or 70 lb combined limit for two pets. There is an additional $35.00 per day pet fee. Although pets are allowed all season, absolutely no pets on the private sand patio courtyard. There is a designated pet area supplied with waste bags just a minute's walk away. An on-site laundry room is available for guests at no additional cost from 9am to 5pm. Non Smoking/Non Vaping. This property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 21.
