Welcome to your home away from home in sunny LA! This spacious 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, close to many attractions and amenities. This beautiful gem is about 1000 sqft, located at the second floor of our backyard house with private entrance and staircases.

12 mins drive to Downtown LA.
25 mins to Universal Studio & Hollywood.
40 mins to the beach.
The space
Second floor on back house. Airy, abundant natural light, chill balcony. Independent entrance from 1st neighbor. Private and NO shared space. 2 Queen beds + 1 sofa bed.

Kitchen: Steamer, gas stove, electrical water kettle, cutting board, microwave, pots and pans, utensils.

Parking on street. $5/day for Alhambra city overnight permits. Free parking space can be provided for long term stay.

We provide cribs!

Free parking: limited onsite parking space. Street parking needs overnight permit, host will reimbursed parking fee after checkout.
