Just down the street is the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, a huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground (please note this is offsite). The Foundry is next door with a bowling alley, movie theater, and brick oven pizza bar. This villa also provides walkout access to miles of neighborhood trails for hiking and mountain biking including a trout pond and children's playground.
