Downstairs offers four comfortable bedrooms with built-in robes (3 Queen, 1 Double), plus two modern bathrooms—including a private ensuite in the master. A roll-out bed is available on request.

Repeated disturbances may result in the cancellation of your stay, as we honour the peaceful nature of our residential setting. Thank you for helping us keep this space calm and restorative.
Security Bond for Higher-Risk Bookings-
To protect the quality of our guest experience, a $500 security bond is required for higher-risk bookings. This includes:
-Guests without prior reviews
-One-night stays
-Last-minute bookings made within 24 hours of check-in
The bond is payable at the time of booking and is fully refundable, provided the home is returned in excellent condition and house rules have been respected.
