Escape to our cozy 3-bedroom lakeside cottage just under 2 hours from the GTA — the perfect family retreat nestled in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood on stunning Balsam Lake.

Wake up to breathtaking sunrise views right from the extended shoreline or dock, and spend your days relaxing, swimming, or exploring the clear, clean, weed-free waters.

Balsam Lake Provincial Park is a 9 mins drive and provides hiking and biking trails. The park also features a pristine large public beach.

Fantastic spot

Loved staying here. The outlook is simply amazing, and great amenities with the dock, watercraft, beach, firepit, hammock, play equipment etc. Cottage has been nicely updated and furnished too. Thanks for the stay!
