Host was super friendly and helpful. Everything was nice and clean. We were very comfortable here.

I couldn’t opened the door it was jammed so tight. Almost hurt my arm having to open it everytime I went out. Needed probably over 200 lbs of force just to open door. Had trouble using the temperature and didn’t have heat the first night in minis -30 temperatures outside.

Sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Check-in instructions and the door code were sent 24 hours ahead of your arrival/check in time and the host was always on ground to help out on several occasions you forgot the unique code (which is part of your telephone number). There is a dedicated Google Nest in the unit to control temperature to suite your liking. You at no time mentioned you needed help turning the mob to your desired temperature. Once again sorry you felt this way about your stay.
