The overall experience was great. The checkin process was easy and the host company communicated with us great! The only issue we found was the parking situation, I wish we had known how much parking was going to be before hand.

We don't see that you were charged for a vehicle pass; parking is definitely an issue in this popular beach destination, and the City does charge for spots in its public parking spaces. I didn't like having to cross a bust street to get to the beach also having to pay for parking extra to park in designated parking spot it should have been included with the condo price

We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed our time in Gulf Shores. The condo was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the location made for a wonderful beach vacation.The host was very helpful throughout our stay. While responses to questions were sometimes a little delayed, they always replied and were willing to help.A few suggestions that would make future stays even better:* A stick vacuum would be a huge improvement. With everyone coming in from the beach, it was difficult to keep up with the sand using only a broom.* The shared laundry was convenient, but guests should know it costs 1.75 per wash and 1.50 per dry. If you're staying for a week, you'll likely be washing beach towels frequently, so those costs can add up.* The cookware could definitely use an update. The pots and pans were in poor condition and unusable for cooking, so I ended up making a trip to Walmart to purchase new ones for my family. The kitchen utensils could also be refreshed.Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would consider staying here again if the kitchen items were updated. With a few small improvements, this would easily be a five-star rental.
