Dates of Stay: May 22–28, 2026I delayed writing this review in hopes that the property manager would follow through on a promised refund for the multiple inconveniences we experienced during our stay. Despite numerous phone calls and text messages, I have yet to receive any compensation.Key Issues:Wi-Fi & TV Outage: We had no Wi-Fi access for the first four days of our seven-day stay. Because of the holiday weekend, a technician was not sent out until Tuesday. The lack of internet service also rendered the televisions unusable.Inoperable Ice Maker: The freezer’s ice maker was broken for the entire stay. Management only delivered replacement ice on two of the seven days, later claiming an ice maker is considered an unlisted amenity rather than a standard feature.Due to the lack of resolution, poor communication, and unaddressed amenities issues, I cannot recommend staying at this property.
