We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The property itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was exactly as described, and the location was perfect as well. You can really tell the host puts effort into making guests feel at home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Overall the stay was fine and definitely a plus point as it was so close to the beach. But the cleanliness could be better. We found hairs and lipstick stains on the bed linens and pillows. Our work around was to request couple more clean linens and slept on top of them.

Hair and stains on linen are not acceptable. The correct approach is to report this immediately on arrival so replacement linen can be supplied and the matter can be addressed with our cleaning team. Our terms also require issues to be raised on the day they occur so we have the opportunity to rectify them during the stay.

It is indeed 6 mins from the beach, which is beautiful.
We booked for 3 and there was no bedding for the sofa bed. Rang the number and they initially said they would drop off some bedding, then quickly rang back and offered us a different apartment further down which was great.
Good space and facilities. Great balcony overlooking the golf course where you can see Roos at night!
Downsides were that we were Not convinced that the sofa bed sheet that was on it had been washed - maybe this had not been communicated with the cleaning staff after the last guests
White is a brave choice of interior, the chairs in both apartments were looking a bit grubby!!

I was really disappointed with my stay at this holiday apartment. There was a smell of cigarette smoke in a bedroom. It was so strong that we couldn’t keep the windows closed. The atmosphere was just unpleasant.
On top of that, we found out that there was an unlocked door from our side that led to a "staff only" area. This made us feel incredibly unsafe, knowing that anyone from the staff could enter our room at any time without our knowledge.
Contacting host did nothing
I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here if you value your comfort and security.

On our arrival we didn’t have the key on the keybox, so we ended up waiting in the rain. The phone number provided answered quickly and they sent someone over to give us the door key. We didn’t end up waiting for too long, but being honest it wasn’t the best start for the weekend. Apartment was ok, like in the pictures. Few rubbish on the floor so the cleaning wasn’t the best and branches and leaves on the balcony. We didn’t have any shampoo in the shower, they had put 2 conditioners instead of any shampoo. No cutting board in the kitchen. Common entrance was shared with one other apartment, which meant you could hear all the noise from the hallway, when they opened the doors and also walls were not too soundproofed.

Très beau logement bien équipé et récent. L’emplacement est vraiment super près de la plage. Logement spacieux. Machine à laver. Cuisine bien équipée.
La propreté pourrait être améliorée: les oreillers étaient tachés, les sols n’étaient pas impeccables et noircis, beaucoup de poussière sous le canapé.

Why they chose this property
At the Northern side of Jervis Bay is gorgeous Callala Beach, backed by a reserve with barbecues and picnic tables and the most amazing white sand beach you have ever seen (puts Hyams to shame!). At Club Callala enjoy delicious food, lawn bowls and a round of golf on the 18-hole course where kangaroos roam. A courtesy bus operates around the local area seven days a week.
Nearby is the village of Myola and Currambene Creek, a popular fishing spot. You can rent a boat from Husky Hire-A-Boat at Woollamia Boat Ramp and explore the pretty waterway. Take the Husky Ferry from Myola to Huskisson, where dolphin- and whale-watching cruises depart.
Getting to Callala in the wonderful Shoalhaven region is easy. The drive from Sydney along the spectacular NSW South Coast or east from Canberra is less than three hours.
