And to switch off, the flat screen TV with DVD invites you to relax. Up to date two bedrooms for 2 people (+ child) are available.
Our 5 stars are true to your reputation: FULLY EQUIPPED with all the necessary bath and shower utensils, as well as baby accessories and toddler toys, beach towels and swimming accessories, all you need to do is plug in your swimming trunks.
Since the 2018 season there has been a tourist bonus for you: a free parking card for public city parking! So you can safely park your car around the old town of Porec without having to worry in the least.
There is a kiosk just around the corner, which provides the most important nutrients at almost any time.

Absolutely Wonderful

Very beautiful, picture perfect apartment in a nice building. Kitchen, bathroom, furnishings were perfect. Nice spacious rooms and good beds. Windows were new heavy construction which kept out all street noise. The location was perfect--across the street from the ferry boat harbor, a couple blocks from the old town, and easy walking distance of the wonderful beach promenades. One problem was the very limited internet--it was only available in one bedroom and then it only worked with phone. It was never strong enough for an IPAD. Nonetheless, we'd love to go back and spend a long time there.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in top Lage :-)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Da wir gern getrennt schlafen, haben wir die Wohnung zu zweit genutzt – das ist sehr komfortabel. Die Lage ist optimal um den Ort zu Fuß zu erkunden. Der Parkplatz, für den uns eine Parkkarte überlassen wurde, liegt keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zum Ausladen kann man promlemlos kurz vor der Wohnung anhalten. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst! Zu erwähnen ist eventuell, dass es keinen Geschirrspüler und keinen Backofen gibt - was uns nicht gestört hat. Direkt um die Ecke ist eine kleine Bäckerei mit schönem Brot und sehr leckeren Croissants => perfektes Frühstück. Die Fenster lassen sich mit modernen Fensterläden sehr gut verdunkeln und lassen auch die Geräuschkulisse, die von der Straße ein wenig heraufkommt draußen, wenn man möchte. Wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten war die Besitzerin immer erreichbar, stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte unkompliziert über eine Schlüsselbox. Wir hatten dort eine wirklich schöne Zeit und können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Danke 

Tolles Appartement, gerne wieder

Sehr gute Lage in Porec, sehr schön und harmonisch eingerichtet, super Ausstattung, wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht. Klimatisierung top,zwei Balkone und umgeben von Bäumen im Grünen mit Blick auf das Wasser bzw. den Hafen, W-Lan ist wirklich gut, deutsches-umfangreiches TV .Das geht zu viert, mehr Bock macht es aber zu zweit.SuperLage, kurze Wege und dennoch ruhig. Parkkarte für den Parkplatz ist ebenfalls includiert Der Kontakt mit Frau Hembal war überaus nett ,alles war top organisiert ,wir waren von ihr bestens gebrieft worden. Ein wirklich tolles Appartement, gerne jederzeit wieder!!!

Alles bestens: Die Vermieterin war sehr kulant, freundlich und prompt hilfsbereit, als kleinere Probleme auftraten. Die Wohnung ließ nichts vermissen. Gut ausgestattet, sauber und bequem, in einem ruhigen Haus. Zwei Balkone, aber ohne direkten Meerblick. Alles fußläufig gut erreichbar. Perfekt für angenehm entspannte Ferien.

Einmaliger Service. Top ausgestattetes Apartment! Die Liebe zum Detail lässt die Herzlichkeit des Eigentümers erkennen. Die Lage direkt zum Erleben und erkunden von Porec ist sensationell. Perfekte Lage

Perfekte Lage zum Baden, Altstadtbummel, Cocktail trinken, Hafen. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern und wenn etwas fehlt, dann muss man dies einfach nur sagen. Kommunikation mit Danijela super freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben aufgrund Corona 2 Jahre verschoben und das war überhaupt kein Problem - Danke für das Entgegenkommen an dieser Stelle.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, super zentrale Lage!

Wir haben im Sommer als Familie einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Poreč verbracht und daran hatte die tolle Ferienwohnung einen großen Anteil! Wir haben uns von Anfang an zu Hause gefühlt! Cozy place but noisy location

This is for sure lovely place and lady that helped us get in was awesome. Wifi was horible and available only sporadicaly in one bedroom corner. Location is noisy and you cannot sleep with open windows but in return it is right in the center of the town and everyting is super close. Croatian TV channels were not available which I wish we had known as I had elderly mother with us. Place is super nice though and Sandra was very kind. It was hard to communicate with the owner due to time difference. Again, if you like sleeping with air conditioning then this is great location. I did not appraciate when the owner said I was trying to get out of the agreement when I complined about lack of tv channels and wifi. My mother was not able to walk around and without tv and wifi she was bored.

Confort i in zona centrale

Appartamento con ogni necessità disponibile! A pochissimi passi dalla zona pedonale. Spiaggia più carine a qualche km di distanza ma raggiungibili con piacevoli passeggiate. Tutto super pulito. Accoglienza e disponibilità ottime. Avevamo un problema con la doccia ma appena lo abbiamo fatto presente è stato subito risolto. Da tenere in considerazione per ritornare una seconda volta!

Porec ist eine der schönsten Städte der Isel. Wir hatten eine super Zeit.

Das Quartier war so, wie im Netz beschrieben. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Strand oder im Stadtcentrum. Das Auto ist auf dem Parkplatz, der sich am Stadtrand befindet gut aufgehoben.

Tolle Wohnung !!

Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Hier hat es an nichts gefehlt! Sie liegt so zentral, zentraler geht nicht. Wir waren dort mit zwei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern. Die Verwalter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, schlüsselübergabe verlief ohne Probleme. Man braucht kein Auto, da alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung ist. Wir würden dort auf jeden Fall wieder Urlaub machen. Danke

Flitterwochen

Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen sehr genossen. Die luxuriöse Wohnung hat seines dazu beigetragen. Wir hatten alles was wir benötigten. Der Parkplatz vor der Haustür war perfekt (ich sag nur: "Gesetz der Resonanz", wir haben immer einen Parkplatz bekommen, selbst im Schatten 😄). Durch die sehr zentrale Lage der Wohnung konnten wir alles zu Fuß erreichen und alles war in der Nähe (Bäcker, Bank, kleiner Lebensmittelladen, Restaurants, Cafés usw.). Ich empfehle den kleinen Fischladen direkt gegenüber dem Parkplatz. Hier bekommen Sie sehr frischen Fisch, der mit kleinem Aufpreis gesäubert und gegrillt wird! Das haben wir fast jeden Tag genossen 😄 Liebe Danji, wir kommen wieder! Romana & Christian

Tolle Wohnung mit kleinen Problemen

Die Wohnung ist super und sehr zentral gelegen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und es waren ausreichend Handtücher und andere wichtige Utensilien vorhanden. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist makellos und konnte in allen Fällen helfend zur Seite stehen. Zwei Dinge führten aber dazu, nicht die volle Punktezahl zu geben. Der Geschirrspüler lt. Ausstattung ist nicht vorhanden, dafür die Waschmaschine in der Küchenzeile. Jeder der mit dem eigenem Auto anreist muss sich bewußt sein, das der Parkplatz ein Glücksspiel in der Innenstadt von Porec ist. Bis jetzt wurden wir glücklicherweise noch nicht abgeschleppt.
