Matt was wonderful to deal with. Quick to reply to messages .Clear and concise on key pickup and popped up to see if everything was ok and that we were settled in .

Check in was easy: host let us move in an hour early as the room was ready, which was very helpful for tired travellers. The location is perfect for walking around Battery Point, Slamanca market and the waterfront area. Many places to eat within walk. About 15-20 min walk to shopping area in central Hobart. Very clean. Bed comfortable. The kitchen had an oven and we cooked up some delicious meals with ingredients bought from the Wursthouse kitchen, a deli 100m down the road which sells delicious things from all around the world and Tassie. Also a small food shop close by. Our rooms had stairs which were no probs for us but would be for some.
