Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, this stylish 1-bedroom, 1-bath villa is tucked inside a peaceful, gated resort community and offers everything you need for a laid-back coastal getaway.

Step inside to an open, airy layout with fresh finishes, new flooring, and coastal-inspired decor throughout. The living area is perfect for lounging after a beach day, and the fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook in or enjoy morning coffee on your private balcony. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and the bathroom has been beautifully updated with modern touches.

The villa is located on the second floor, so please note there is one flight of stairs to access the unit. Once you’re in, you’ll enjoy peaceful garden views and extra privacy.

Seascape Resort offers a wide range of amenities to enjoy during your stay: multiple pools, tennis and pickleball courts, walking trails, and an 18-hole golf course.
