Experience a waterfront getaway on the shores of the Annapolis Basin. This brand-new cottage offers a blend of modern comfort & natural beauty, with a fully equipped kitchen, open living space, & welcoming decor. After exploring historic Annapolis Royal or kayaking in the bay, grill up a meal on the BBQ, unwind in the hot tub, relax in the hammock, or gather around the fire pit. Perfect for those seeking a peaceful, well-equipped retreat & base to explore the beautiful Annapolis region.

Key Features:

-Outdoor shower: Conveniently located for a quick rinse before & after a hot tub session.

- Hammock & Fire pit: for star-gazing and s'mores.
Bedrooms:
#1- Master bedroom - King bed with Endy mattress; en suite bathroom; water view; sliding door to small personal deck
#2 - Guest bedroom - Queen bed with Endy mattress; water view
#3 - Guest bedroom - King size bed with Endy mattress comfort topper (can be converted to couch)
KITCHEN/COOKING
(we have a high chair that we can leave out - on request)
We have olive oil, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, sugar, some spices in the drawer to the left of the stove (cumin, cinnamon, oregano, chili powder, red chili flakes, garlic powder), and tea bags.
For coffee - we have a French Press as well as a drip coffee maker (we supply coffee filters but not coffee).
Living Room
We have a few games/deck of cards in the cabinet below the T.V.
TV access: Use the remote control to turn on the TV and navigate through the menu that provides access to apps and streaming services. You can sign into the streaming services that you are signed up for i.e.: Netflix, Amazon Prime, Crave, Etc.
Speaker: The speaker below the TV is used to amplify the television but can also be used as a Bluetooth speaker for music (i.e. Spotify).
Guest access
Long gravel driveway with parking for 4-6 vehicles.
Other things to note
This property is brand new, so we are in the very early stages of outdoor projects that include adding top soil/grass, making gardens, walking paths, and shoreline access.
*Current beach access is via a semi-steep bank, so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. The beach is a mix of rock (covered with seaweed), clam flats and at low tide a small sandy area.
This home is located in the rural community of Port Wade - approximately a 20 minute drive from the town of Annapolis Royal. Groceries and any necessities should be purchased on your way to the property.
