Bayview Cottage

I typically do not write reviews, but I just completed my third-year renting at the cottage and thought I would leave one. The cottage is very comfortable and is in a great location. It is in a terrific neighborhood, close to downtown and the restaurants, the beaches and the golf courses. I work remotely while I am staying there and the office set up is incredible. I highly recommend the cottage to anyone who is planning a stay in Sarasota. You will not be disappointed. Gulf Coast Holiday Homes is always responsive and accommodating. They are always a pleasure to deal with.

A wonderful place to stay

This is a very comfortable house in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The house was well equipped. The managing company was terrific, whatever help we needed they were there for us.

Lovely experience

It was a beautiful home, in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. I had no issues, and the few questions I had were very quickly answered by the property manager! Very impressed!
