1. About Footsteps in SPICA 105
Since the building is made of wood, footsteps from the upper floors can be heard. We kindly ask guests staying on the upper floors to walk more quietly than usual, especially in the early morning and late at night.
If you are concerned about noise from above, we recommend considering SPICA 201, 203, 205, or 301. However, if you are staying in SPICA 201, 203, or 205 (upper floors), we kindly ask that you also walk quietly and keep noise to a minimum.
