Fully restored, comfortable and well-equipped cottage in historic and vibey South Fremantle.
Ideally located less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, cafés, bars, restaurants and a brewery, and a short bus ride into Fremantle town and the train station.

This delightful and welcoming cottage is the perfect base for families or friends to experience a relaxing coastal getaway and to taste the best that Fremantle has to offer.
The space
Fully restored, comfortable and well-equipped cottage in historic and vibey South Fremantle.
Ideally located less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, cafés, bars, restaurants and a brewery, and a short bus ride into Fremantle town and the train station.
It’s the perfect base for families or friends to experience a relaxing coastal getaway and to taste the best that Fremantle has to offer.
The house itself is a former farrier’s cottage filled with old world charm and modern, high-quality features.
There are three bedrooms and plenty of separate living spaces including a generous lounge room, an upstairs loft for kids to play or have movie nights. and a fully undercover outdoor lounge / entertaining BBQ area. The backyard oasis has a water feature, fish pond and grassed area that is fully fenced.
Split system air conditioning in all rooms.
The kitchen is well-equipped for anyone who enjoys cooking meals for friends or family with a large Smeg oven and gas stove, and modern appliances and cookware.
There is free untimed parking in front of the house.
This suburban street and neighbourhood are very friendly and welcoming so please be respectful with noise and visitors.
Please note that there is a studio at the rear of the block that is occasionally occupied by the owner. It is not fully separately fenced but has a separate entry.
