1 kitchenette equipped with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, induction hob 3 rings, dishwasher -
1 bathroom with bathtub and sink -
Separate WC -
2 double bedrooms for 2 people each with duvet, overlooking a balcony terrace -
WIFI. Heating package of 20 € / week from October to May. Private parking space. New bedding. Electric heating. Washing machine. Balcony furniture. Common local bike. Very good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, supplement animal (1 small dog allowed), deposit by bank card and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other periods: week).
