Cozy House

The house accommodates up to 2 small cars, has a spacious living room with a smart TV and Wi-Fi, 3 bedrooms with fans, 2 bathrooms, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a leisure area at the foot of the dune with a barbecue and a delightful jacuzzi with hydromassage. The word that defines it is "cozy". It's the perfect size to provide comfort for up to 10 people while keeping them together, fostering bonds and creating connections through this beachy atmosphere. Other observations: Casa Aconchego is located on a residential street with elderly neighbors, children, and people with special needs; therefore, loud car stereos are strictly prohibited. Ambient music is allowed as long as the volume is not so loud as to disturb the neighbors. We also ask that you respect the quiet hours (quiet from 10 pm onwards). The house does not provide bed linens or towels. Beds are made with fitted sheets and pillows with pillowcases. Guests must bring their own sheets and towels. The house is one block from a supermarket and a bakery. The area has pharmacies, a pizzeria, and Japanese food that offer delivery. Access to the beach is possible on foot (5 minutes) or by car (2 minutes) via the main street.
