Lower level of the home, private entry with an amazing view of lake and mountains. 3 bedrooms with a 6 bunk bedroom, 3 full baths, kitchen laundry room, family room and breakfast nook. Patio, yard peaceful and relaxing. This is a brand new unit. Just finished in 2020. No pets are allowed. No smoking and no partying or any kind of late night activity with Drugs or Alcohol. This property accommodates 12 people.

Keep doors closed at night to avoid any lake flies coming in. They are attracted to light. Close shades at night.
Clean dishes and put in dish washer. Put all trash in trash Ben.
Turn bathroom fans off after using. Put used towels in the laundry room on last day. Leave sheets on the bed.

We are located right on the lake with a spectacular view of the wasatch front mountains. We are also located on a quiet end of the street location. We have a walking path that runs behind our home to the marina!
