The home was clean, the pool temperature was perfect. We would suggest to replace the carpets in the home because they are very dirty. Other than that, the home was perfect for our needs.

The only reason I gave four stars is because they donā€™t provide pool towels, which is ridiculous,ā€¦The community pool does not provide pool towels either,ā€¦ they said the host should. After a long drive with my family, already exhausted i had to go back out on the hunt to purchase pool towels? Sigh .They donā€™t mention in the ad to bring your own towels,ā€¦ because that would be weird, right ? They need to mention it! Save people the trouble and unnecessary expense .I was told the reason was because people kept stealing the pool towels? Hmm What about the bath towels,ā€¦?! Other than that, the place was clean and comfortable plenty of space we were a party of 7. Host was (a little too) communicative . lol They manage things very well,ā€¦Thanks

Hello Galati! Thank you for being our guests. We do not provide pool towels, this truth is mentioned on the House Rules that you get to see before you book. You could have asked us on the message thread prior to making your trip. I am sorry you also missed the same on the rental agreement you signed. Everything provided in the home is at the courtesy of the owner. I am glad you liked the place, its cleanliness, comfort and space. We are thankful that you also liked our services.
