Great quiet place outside of Silver City

We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and well out of town. Great amount of space for 2 adults and 2 kids...we really enjoyed it.

The pool table and dart board was really fun. The showers were super perfect. The views were excellent. The bed was very comfy. Lots of wildlife viewed from the drive up to the home.--Written by 9 year-old Guest (which is honest)

The house has million-dollar views and is perched on the hills outside Silver City. It feels very secluded even though it sits next to the main house. During our stay, I dont think the owners were around. The main living area is one big open space complete with a billiard table and darts. And the bedrooms are both ensuite and at opposite ends of the structure, offering privacy. The dog run was gold. It made it so easy to let our 'citified' dog outside without worry. The 4.5 mile curvy road is a bit of a chore but a small price to pay for those views. And once you hit the main road, it's only 2-3 miles into Silver City. Great stay.

Great stay in the Gila Mountains. Amazing view and sunsets were incredible. Loved the winding drive back in and up the to the place as well. Thanks for sharing your wonderful place with us!

What a beautiful view and the amenities were so thoughtful. Back deck with the fire pit was super comfortable. Home has large rooms and the house was super clean. We will be back!

Thank you for the nice and constructive review, we really appreciate it. We apologize for the foggy windows and are looking at replacing them early next year. They are double pane and have moisture in between which can’t be cleaned.

Great mountain stay near Silver City with beautiful views including star gazing. Also fun to stay there with games including pool table and darts. House was one of highlights of trip including multiple hikes in Gila Wilderness. Hosts were very accommodating.Note that to get to the house, you will drive uphill on a gravel road but was fine in our Honda Accord.

Wonderful!

The place was really nice! The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the sheets were amazing!!We enjoyed the pool table and the popcorn maker. Everything was clean. The views were fantastic.There were spices galore. Everything you could need. Even an air mattress! The host was gracious and kind. Fully recommend!

House was clean. Beds were comfortable. Played a few games of pool on the table in the living room. Location was nice, tucked away in a private area in the mountains. Very quiet but took a long windy dirt road to get there. Hosts responded quickly to questions. Needed some updating with kitchen linens, cookware, etc. Broken seals on windows obstructed the views but from outside on the deck the view was gorgeous and we experienced a breathtaking sunset one evening. The price was reasonable for mid March. We enjoyed our stay there.

Fabulous property with gorgeous views!

My husband and I stayed with our 2 dogs and felt right at home. The casita is private, comfortable & spacious. The owners are dog-lovers and were available if needed, helpful & friendly but not at all intrusive. The expansive views for sunrise but especially sunset are truly jaw-dropping. The quiet country nights promote peaceful, restorative sleep.Nothing for rent in town comes close to offering the size, security & peaceful surroundings you'll find here. Definitely worth the short drive from city center. We'll reserve here again when we return to the area!
