Fan in the master bedroom didn't work, TV didn't work and an unauthorized worker came in to fix it when I requested no admittance in my absence. Otherwise the unit was as advertised.

Property was clean, issue was getting in. Code did not work. When I called the said it was because we were early for check in, but right on my instructions it said code would work from 8a to 8pm on day of arrival and departure. We were only looking to leave luggage for storage till it was time to check in, so misleading. Everything was resolved and we were able to check in early. Location was good for this trip, but preferred staying in other VRBOs in the Quarter previously.

Very well located property, large and spacious and conveniently located. The master bedroom was away from the main road and we were not disturbed by any noises. Would stay again 100%!! Very responsive host as well.

This was a good property - clean, nice kitchen and great balcony if you are there at the right time of year. Two chicks breakfast is nearby!
