House was clean . Spa had a dirty rim around it. BQ was dirty. Grass was not mowed. Walking to table tennis was not pleasant. . We left early the day before we were due to bad weather

I will address BBQ and Spa with the cleaning team my apologies for this. We are sorry you found walking the 10 metres from the main house to the studio to be unpleasant and will look at how this can be addressed in the future.
