Remove personal items
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return 5-key set to original lockbox.
Ensure AC is turned off.
Prepare trash in closed bags & leave near interior entrance.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a fan in the washroom utility closet that is maintaining temperature of solar converter. It must remain on.
