As you first pull into the gravel driveway, you'll be greeted by lush landscape and architecture reminiscent of Colorado. As you open the front door you are invited into a home that greets you with charm around every corner. Surround sound music plays from every room and sets the tone for your vacation. From the large fireplace to the wood ceiling beams to the tiled ceiling accent, these little funky details are at every turn. Entertain guests or just relax and enjoy this private pool and spa that is surrounded by lush greenery from every angle. This truly unique property sits at the edge of a greenbelt, so you gaze unto infinite greenery. Flowing waterfalls trickle into both sides of the pool creating an atmosphere that reminds you of a Palm Springs vacation home. Sip your cocktail as you get a tan, relax with your family or friends, and make wonderful memories.

Perfect in every way

We were so lucky to stay here during Christmas and so happy to see the owners left us a cheerful Christmas tree! This is a beautiful home with everything we needed for a fun and comfortable vacation. The greenway beyond the backyard was wonderful for long walks and the backyard itself is so beautiful. Super comfortable beds, everything was clean and the owner was extremely helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend this fabulous rental!

Great location. Great touches on the house with a lot of tech added. Pool and Spa run off an iPhone - behind the house is a huge greenway. Super close to everything but also had days where we never left the pool! Property managers were easy to talk to. Will be back soon!

Perfect Stay

Beautiful home in a premium location. Me, my wife and three kids had a wonderful time and plenty of room to spread out. We loved taking walks through the neighborhood and running around the green spaces between homes. House was extremely clean and as advertised. We will be coming back during warmer weather to take advantage of the pool. Logan was very helpful and easy to reach any time we needed him.

Perfect Christmas Holiday in Dallas

I absolutely loved this unique property in Dallas! It was called Palm Springs and it did not disappoint. The wall of windows with a perfect view of the pool, yard, and greenbelt, cozy fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, televisions in almost every room with streaming and comfortable beds made this home an oasis. Our family felt at home but on vacation all at the same time. JT, the property manager was very responsive and I appreciated the Christmas decorations that he ensured were there to greet us and really give the home a holiday feeling. It was beautiful! I highly recommend this property and plan on renting this home again in the future. Thanks, JT and Logan!

Family celebrations

I came to Dallas to spend time with my daughter and her family to celebrate Christmas and my granddaughter’s birthday . When we arrived Logan had a Christmas tree up and a bottle of wine to greet us! The whole home was very warm, clean and inviting! The beds had awesome linens and very comfortable mattresses which made for very a restful nights sleep for all of us. My teenage grandson loved the separate den which had a Murphy bed and gave him his own hangout area! The kids enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and hanging out in the hot tub while playing their choice of music through the outdoor speakers. I would recommend this home for families with all ages!!

Perfect Holiday Weekend Getaway

This home is beautiful! The light-filled rooms connect the gorgeous pool and patio area outside to the inside. Furnishings are tasteful and comfortable. Our family loved gathering here in this warm, welcoming space for Thanksgiving. Logan was an impeccable host, even putting up a Christmas tree the morning of our arrival. We come to Dallas often and will love the chance to stay here again.

We had the best time staying at the house. It was charming, very clean and has a beautiful backyard that opens to a green belt. Palm Springs In Dallas

One week stay in the home for a family event in Dallas. Location was perfect for our needs and the home was very comfortable. Not sure about another post regarding carpet issues as there are hardwoods throughout the house. Communication was was responsive and any questions/issues quickly resolved. Very nice backyard with pool and kitchen was fully stocked. The home does have signs of wear as can be expected from a rental. If the location works for you, do not hesitate to stay here.

Unclean & unsafe

Unfortunately things did not go well for us, and as I write this we are attempting to mediate with VRBO. We ended up leaving the property in around 24 hours and would have left sooner if we had a home to go back to, but were out of our house due to remodeling work. The host decided to list the property a day after some guest stayed for 3 weeks. The house also had a burst pipe during the February storm that destroyed the kitchen area and continued to rent the space out, despite significant water damage to the walls. The house was infested with fruit flies and when we arrived there was still garbage on the property and the pool had not been cleaned in several weeks. They also provided us with the wrong security code and we were trapped in the house all morning until the owner was able to tell us how to disarm the security alarm, which we needed given how exposed the property is to a greenway behind it. We live near by and know the crime stats in this area, I would not put a family in this house. Maybe they will fix the place up and secure the alleyway, but for now I would stay away if you have a family.

This is the worst stay I have ever had! I stayed there was my wife for 2 weeks. We arrived and workers were changing the carpet in a room. Of course no cleaning was done after it. Then we went to the backyard to discover that the pool was empty and in construction! During the next 5 days we had construction people coming in and out to grout the pool. On top of that there was construction in front of the house and of course this was never disclosed. You are dealing with the most deceitful people I have ever met. Nothing was disclosed to us before hand. These are bad people do not believe anything they say. I asked for the first 5 nights for free and they disagreed so I had to file a claim! Do not ever stay there

Fantastic house and location!

We had a great Thanksgiving vacation with our adult kids at this fabulous house. We loved the giant gas fireplace in the front room with comfortable seating and we also enjoyed movies in the media room and hot tubbing! The property manager was excellent and the house is so unique....it felt like a classy old Hollywood home modeled after Palm Springs. We loved walking out the back gate through the quiet neighborhood of multimillion dollar homes. Lovely!!

Beautiful Resort-like House with Incredible Pool

My wife and I had an awesome stay here. We have been looking for a place to have a mini-vacation and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The pool and patio feel like a resort. The house came stocked with plenty of towels and sunscreen. Beds were super comfortable, linens were clean, and the windows overlooking the pool were perfect for looking out at the gorgeous yard. Coordinating with Logan was super easy and he made us feel like luxury guests. In the craziness of this year, we found a private tropical hideaway in a beautiful part of Dallas. Look I could go on and on about this place from the cleanliness to the extra special touches they left just for us, but I'll let y'all find out for yourself. You had better book it before someone else does. We'll definitely be back.

Why they chose this property

Greenway Parks is a unique and exclusive neighborhood that I always dreamed of owning a home in. I grew up next door in Highland Park but fell involve with the green space of Greenway Parks and the old neighborhood feel.

What makes this property unique

Truly a unique experience to find in Dallas. It's in the most convent place possible as it is close to everything. However, it can be as secluded and private as you want it to be and just hide away in the home. Built by famous architect Charles Dilbeck in 1940, this home catches your eye from the start. Then the interior maintains that style but mixes in some unique Art Deco style. That combo mixed with an expansive backyard and pool create a Palm Springs vibe that is just so unique to find in Dallas. I felt that magic when I walked into the home for the first time and I want others to experience that too. Additionally, with 6-8 parking spots and tons of seating inside and out, this is the perfect house for entertaining on any scale.

Bonus features of this house are a media room with huge TV and awesome surround sound for a great theatre experience for your family and friends. The whole house is wired for music to set the vibe both inside and out. Transport yourself to Palm Springs.
