Modern Michigan Retreat

When the football game made finding Ann Arbor accommodations impossible to find, we stumbled on this spot in Jackson. And we’re so glad we did! This home was beautiful and comfortable, with huge windows overlooking a lake and even a skylight in the bedroom. It was so peaceful and perfect for two.

Very clean, really cool house, loved that we could bring our pets. Planned to fish and enjoy the lake in the back but the pier was not accessible so we had to find other places around the area.

When we arrived, the property looked nice. Once we entered, the property floors were dirty no curtains or screens on any of the windows. air conditioner in the main living area was not working properly. The bathroom had about 10 squares of toilet paper and no other toilet paper on the property. There were spiderwebs in every corner and on the ceiling and in the bedroom. As we went to bed that evening. There was small centipedes in the bed on the sheets. Barbecue was filthy on the inside and gas was low. There was cat hair all over the futon and couches. The big front windows did not have a lock and could be open from the outside very unsecure building. Roof deck was closed off and guarded. I’m not one to complain. This is my first review and this is the worst place. I’ve stayed.
