The room was small and a little musty smelling, great location, so if you plan to spend very little time in room this is perfectly located.

If you wanna place to stay in the French Quarter, that’s within walking distance to everything. This is the place to be as long as you don’t care about the comfort of your room. I knew it was going to be small, but it was a lot smaller than I thought. Also, it doesn’t have a window which was a little bit claustrophobic. It was quiet. We slept well. It was also near the water where we took a riverboat cruise.

The pictures give a much different impression. The pool was too dirty to swim in, there was no coffee in the room or common areas. The shower was not clean at all and the coffee pot had molded coffee grounds in it. Disappointing stay. We left two nights early.

It was nothing like the description of the property. I was disappointed that the pool was not private just a secluded pool. The TV didn’t work and I thought it would be a bigger property. There is no parking for the property. The only good thing is that it was in walking distance of the French Quarter. We were very disappointed and dissatisfied with it that we only stayed the first night and forfeit the second night and paid for a hotel room. I would not recommend staying here if you are looking for something wheelchair accessible. The stairs to get to your room are very steep.
