We lived in Marda Loop for a decade and love it! Nestled just south of downtown Calgary, Marda Loop is a dynamic, walkable neighborhood brimming with boutiques, cozy cafes, and diverse dining options. It gets its quirky name from a 1950s-era theatre called The Marda, and a historic streetcar loop that once turned around in the area.
Marda Loop is also within 5 kilometres of 17th Avenue’s nightlife and shopping, downtown, the restaurants of Mission, the Calgary Stampede grounds, and the Scotiabank Saddledome.

This property just started renting out this year and has been well-regarded with guests as a very welcoming, clean, spacious and charming home that is well-stocked and thoughtfully set up.
