Fantastic Family Vacation Home

The house was just what we were looking for to celebrate. There was something for everyone, and we had family from ages 3 to 76 in the house. If you are looking for a house to make some family memories in, this is the one. Can't wait to stay there again!

Wonderful Property For Large Families

Great property with lots of amenities in house, as well as, within the resort itself. Convenient to Disney attractions. Property hosts were available and responsive to issues that arose. Highly recommend.

Amazing house in Reunion

This property has all the extras! Our 4 kids absolutely loved the game room and theater (and the adults did too). Would recommend to everyone. The hosts were awesome as well!

Best Family Vacation Ever

We stayed at the Palms at Reunion Resort for spring break with our family, which included grandparents, parents, children (6-9), and adult children, a total of 17. The property was everything and more as advertised. Beautiful decor, super clean, and every amenity you could ask for while traveling. We played golf on two of the courses, went swimming every day, visited the theme parks and enjoyed family meals on the Lanai. Highly recommend this property when traveling to Orlando.

Beautiful Property!

This is an amazing property that is perfect for large family gatherings. My family of 18 people has traveled to Reunion for three years in a row now and have stayed in a different property each time, and this one definitely met our expectations. The home had a few Disney-themed rooms but not all rooms were themed (which was a plus, since I assume most adults wouldn’t want to sleep in a Frozen bedroom lol). The dining area comfortably seated our entire family, the theater was excellent, and we spent more time playing the games on the third floor than I anticipated. It was an overall positive experience and the owners personally contacted me to confirm that our check-in and check-out were seamless. Definitely consider this property!

Great house for large group

We rented this house for a week. It was great, well stocked, clean, perfect location! The owner Kristin was very attentive with any concerns we had. Pool and hot tubs were clean and perfect temperature for our family. Lots of areas for our team age kids to hangout. Every bedroom has a private bathroom which was perfect for Our group. The house has a great setup for Enjoying the pool and kitchen area with large doors that open to the outside area. The only reason we gave 4 stars for check in because check in was 4pm and we were not able to get in until 5 because the cleaning crew was there. We waited in the driveway until they were done. Over all Cleanliness of The house was good. The only thing I recommended to the owner- the house could use manuals on how to operate tv/satellite etc. we would of got More use out of all it has to offer if we knew how to work it. Overall- this house was very nice and we definitely recommend!

LOVE IT

This is our second time staying in this property and it is AWESOME! The homeowners are so responsive and helpful it's amazing. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Orlando. My family loves it and we will be back!

Beyond our expectations, just as pictured

We want to start our review by thanking the hosts for a wonderful stay. Sharing their property with us was easy and joyful. Response from the Host was almost immediate. Never had any problems. Now for what you're waiting for. The property as described was accurate to a t. The saying " you get what you pay for" really applies to this a property. Let's start with the kitchen, two sinks, two dishwashers, double oven, Chef stove, 0° refrigerator , and oodles of counter space. We had a professional chef come in to cook us a meal one night and he was absolutely pleased with the kitchen. In fact he said he would like to have one like this. The outside area and pool were wonderful, we spent a lot of time out there. Both were immaculate. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the younger crowd, as well as the older ones, enjoyed the video games. The bedrooms were well appointed and upscale. The location couldn't have been better for us, we just had to walk out the back gate to the dog park to take our dogs out, wonderful. We enjoyed the theater room and washed some of the newer movies. Everyone was satisfied. Again, let me thank the host for accommodating a last minute change, some host s would not have done that. We highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to have an outstanding and luxurious time on their vacation.

Just As Described

This home is everything the description says it is! It is beautifully decorated and provided activities and spaces for everyone in our group. It is clear that the property owners took their time and considered the details when designing. The owner provided video instructions on how to operate the spa and theater systems ahead of our stay and made some recommendations for things to do in the area. We loved the access to the playground right behind the house. While there were a few minor issues (which can be expected with any vacation rental), the owners were eager to address and assist with any concern we brought up. Overall, we loved our stay and would choose this home again in a heartbeat!

Spacious Home

Had some issues with things not working, ie surround sound in movie theater, ceiling fan in downstairs master, and refrigerator had to be worked on during our stay. Kids really enjoyed the pool and the theme rooms!

Looks better in the pictures

We had multiple issues with items being broken at the house. I contacted the owner several times to fix the most important issues. None in the long run were ever actually fixed. We had to figure out how to use the downstairs pool heat from the actual heater unit instead of inside the house. That was after several messages to the owner who assured me I was wrong and two stops my the maintenance company. Several ceiling fans not working or missing remotes. Upstairs hot tub heater broken. Upstairs fireplace broken. Video games consistently reset themselves (not the timer). There were so many other things that were neglected and not fixed and the cleanliness of the house was only ok. Some things were very clean but other things looked like they had not been touched for weeks. I moved an ottoman on an upper deck and it appeared there was either a lot of built up debirs or a mouse nest. We tried to ignore the live palmetto bug in one of the bedrooms since we live in FL but it was hard to ignore the fruit flys in the disposals and the immense amount of millipedes dead and alive in the house and lanai. I would not tell someone to not stay here I would just confirm the owner and management company has fixed and cleaned everything needed.

PICTURE PERFECT STAY!!! Beautiful Home & A+ Hosts!!

What an amazing home!! It's hard to believe but even the picture do not do it justice. It was perfect for our large group w/ top notch amenities and plenty of space where we were able to feel close to one another yet have plenty of space to have some privacy. The owners were super responsive & the most accommodating I've ever experienced. 10/10! 100% recommend to anyone considering it -- we'll definitely be back!

A great place to be with family

This home had everything you need to have a fun filled trip to the Orlando area. Beautiful home with a fully stocked kitchen and all that checks the list. The game room is unbelievable and there are endless things to do just in this house to make the whole group happy. If Needed, the owner and management team Are amazingly easy to reach. Overall ok

The property was big and lots of fun things for the kids. Proeprty was dirty. Not kept clean, the grill probably had never been cleaned before, outdoor seating was dirty, never vacuumed under the chairs in all the rooms, pretty gross! And one tiny little soap in all the bathrooms for 18 people and one toilet roll in all the bathrooms, let say we were all stealing ech other rolls after three days!!

One of my most favs

The property was AMAZING! My only complaint is that the internet wasn’t wonderful and I had to bring my laptop for meetings(3) and when we asked the office to send some one to service the pool after a rain storm, they had NO INTEREST in helping us which was a disappointment for my 6 and 8 year old daughters☹️. Otherwise, we had the perfect; much NEEDED vacation!!!! Thank. YOU!

Great House and Location

The house and location are perfect for large families going to Disney. The private pool was huge for the kids. Plenty of room with large bedrooms and baths. Cool themed bedrooms for the kids and great hangout space on the third floor with arcade games and a roof top hot tub. The managers were excellent to communicate with as well. The negatives were that the floors were dirty, the pool was very dirty, and the house was lacking supplies. The manager did say that a storm came through before we arrived and he would make sure the pool was cleaned, however this never happened which was very disappointing. The house didn’t have enough toilet paper, laundry detergent, garbage bags, paper towels. Some things were not there as advertised such as a coffee grinder. And there was a lack of instructions on how to work all the TVs with all the different remotes. Overall it was a very nice house but I think re attention to detail on the managers part would go a long way. Thanks for the stay.
